NSDL Rejected ID Proofs – Remedy / Documents to be Sent with Return Slip
If You have replied the defect memo by sending RETURN SLIP with or without copies of respective valid Ids and NSDL rejected ID proofs. Therefore, you are advised to resend another ‘RETURN SLIP’ with matching Ids as per your requirement. If you don’t have ‘RETURN SLIP’ please download it from your MAIL IN BOX. You can also take help of your service provider. You can also download this Defect memo / Return Slip from page opened for knowing the status. Please send the RETURN SLIP after selecting suitable / choices option by ticking and making your signature at address given here-in-after.
But mind that if you again opt for any correction in pancard as per ITD data base, you will have to send copies of all respective valid IDs with your Return Slip which should match exactly with your required data.
In case of problem in Id and you want just reprint of PAN Card, please select option A , just sign it and send it by registered post without enclosing any document at the following address :-

If you are not getting result, you may send such return slip by changing / selecting other options also but as early as possible and for that please go on watching your PAN STATUS through www.statuspan.in.
If you want our help and support in this regard, you can also additionally send to your service provider scanned copy of ‘RETURN SLIP’ with copies of Ids if any’ by email who may also help to get cleared your application through respective TIN-FC.
